Landlords are responsible for ensuring that their property listings are accurate, complete, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. EchoPM does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not responsible for any inaccuracies.

EchoPM solely facilitates connections between Landlords and Tenants but is not a party to any rental agreement between users. We do not participate in negotiations, property management, or any transactions between users.
Any agreement, transaction, or dispute between users is solely between those users. EchoPM and its team, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any actions, omissions, statements, products, services, or content of any user on the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECHOPM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING OUR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. The arbitration shall take place in San Francisco, California, unless you and EchoPM agree otherwise. Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules.
You and EchoPM agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and EchoPM waive any right to a jury trial.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If the changes are material, we may provide additional notice or require you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use our Services.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and EchoPM regarding our Services and supersede any prior agreements.
